When will my order ship?
Your order will ship from the UK
During periods of normal order volume, it can take up to 5 business days for production after orders are placed. Dispatches are made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:00.
Around public holidays, there may be additional delays. Please email us at merch@playstack.com with your order number if you believe your order has been delayed.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected, and its destination. When you’re placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Items shipping internationally from the UK are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes) for those orders. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
How long will it take to get my order?
It will depend on the chosen shipping method and destination. After the order is ready to ship, the usual delivery time is 5-15 working days for UK and EU orders once your order is prepared. International timing will depend on shipping location and customs processing. We are not responsible for customs processing and payment fees, so please check if you have received any mail or email from your local customs and post office. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving a shipping confirmation, please inform merch@playstack.com with your order number and we will do our best to help you.
Should I send my order Tracked?
We always give you the option of tracked shipping. We recommend choosing tracked due to unpredictability caused by ongoing global logistical issues. Sometimes there are postal carrier delays. You will need to be present at the time of delivery or the carrier may mark the item as abandoned or return to sender. Please note that you are responsible for any tax, duty, or brokerage charges related to your order. If your package hasn’t arrived after 30 business days, please contact your local sorting office and customs as they may have additional requirements before releasing your package.
